Why does %%A:Cat:mix:721:1%% not work

We bought your script and it is not working per your docs. %%tgp_gal_title%% %%A:Cat:mix:721:1%% We're trying to get it to display something in category 721 but it just comes up blank! We have been trying for hours and it just comes up blank. Please let me know if this is formatted incorrectly. Thx

Be sure the category ID is correct. Also be sure your galleries for that category are not being used up in the Pop or PopByCat object. Many times, people will load a few galleries to test and neglect to notice that the few galleries they've loaded are being used in the one of the pop objects. There are preferences that control whether most popular or hall of fame galleries are displayed *again* in the cat object. The goal here, of course, is to avoid displaying a gallery twice on one page.
