Please use this form to contact support. A reply will usually occur within the hour based on the time of day and day of week. If you haven't heard back for 24 hours, chances are we did not get the message. This is rare though, if it occurs, please resend the message, use ICQ, or post a message in the support forum.
Support via ICQ is generally available during weekdays from 9AM to 9PM weekdays to customers who have purchased the dedicated support option. If you elected to use forum support when purchasing software but need dedicated support, please contact support with your problem. Dedicated support is handled on a case-by-case basis.
